Our veterinary team has a wide range of surgical experience and offers a variety of soft tissue, orthopaedic and ophthalmic surgical services in our fully operational theatre. For complex cases we work alongside mobile specialist veterinarians, so many advanced procedures can happen right here in the village.

Preparing your pet for surgery
Fast your pet overnight before the procedure: dinner by 8pm, then no food (including snacks and breakfast). Water is fine until 1–2 hours before your appointment. Arrive on time with your pet properly restrained, and let us know if you're running late.
Please tell us about any pre-existing conditions your pet may have, or any medication they're currently taking. Every patient gets a pre-operative physical exam, and we offer optional comprehensive blood testing to assess organ function and tailor the anaesthetic to your pet.
