COVID-19 - updates and clinic policies

The healthy and safety of our clientele and staff remains MEVV's number one priority. We thank everyone for your ongoing patience and understanding during these unprecedented times together. 

Animal health and welfare services remain an essential service, which means we will continue to operate as per usual. However, to reduce the risk of transmission, we are currently asking all clients to assist us in the following ways:

• If you or a family member is feeling unwell, or has received a positive diagnosis for COVID-19, please contact the clinic to reschedule any non-urgent appointment. Our team will be able to accommodate you and your pet 
• If your pet is unwell and/or you have an emergency, and you or a family member have COVID, please contact the clinic for guidance. We  will see and treat your pet, but we will ask that you DO NOT enter the building and instead remain in your vehicle. We will  collect your pet from the car and conduct a full examination inside the clinic, and then call you with our findings and diagnostic/treatment plan 

We understand that the last few years have been tough for everyone. We are doing our best to manage an increase in case-load amidst changing restrictions and increasing COVID cases, and ask that you please remain patient with our team during this difficult time.
